Winter's Joy: A Poem

Winter's Joy

by Teacher Dee

Winter's breath, a frosty dance,

Snowflakes twirl in a cold trance.

Snowmen smiling, hats askew,

Come join us, skies so blue!

Bright scarves wrap, keep cozy too,
Glistening snow, a dazzling view.
Skating on ice, such a ride,
Winter fun, side by side.

Cocoa warms, so comforting,
Snow forts oh the joy they bring.
Sleds slide down, hills so steep,
In winter's embrace, fond memories keep.

Frosty breath and mittens snug,
Catch the snowflakes, share a hug.
Stars twinkle in the night so clear,
Winter magic, hold it near.

Embrace the frosty fun, let it be,
Winter is joy for you and me!
